As a parent, you want to create an environment where your child can thrive: physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. Where your child's religious upbringing is concerned, Bethany UCC would like to equip, and partner with, you.
We believe baptism is a sign of God's grace and love. If you want to have your child of any age baptized — or get baptized yourself! — we would love to have a conversation with you. We are ready not only to make the experience a celebratory one, but also the welcome into the family of God that is every person's birthright.
As one of Bethany's traditions, a banner with your child's name will be hung in the sanctuary, and become a souvenir you can take home and display as a reminder of your child's place in the family of God.
